Every year we expand production areas and automate processing process. Production facilities are equipped with up-to-date fish processing lines, smoke-rooms, packing and labeling machines which reduce production time and minimize human contact with fish. To save healthy minerals and increase shelf-life, we follow special salting and smoking techniques. When producing cold-smoked and hot-smoked Mackerel, Herring, Saithe, Jack Mackerel, Red fish, Trout and Salmon - we use deciduous and fruit trees sawdust, thereby providing finished product with gold color and appetizing savor. Every fish is marked with bright brand label to identify the “UFC” TM and let the consumer know that he is buying fish product free of coloring components and preservatives.
Natural taste of fish preserves under the “UFC” TM lasts for a long time thanks to using ancient recipes of the Scandinavian nations in conjunction with national traditions of Ukrainian cuisine, where only natural spices are chosen for sauce and marinade preparation.
The package possibilities for preserves are very broad – from 200g to 4 kg and presented in the following assortment: herring, mackerel, pink salmon preserves in oil, onion and garlic marinade, vegetables, herring pieces and trunks in natural brine or marinade and many other combinations.
All the products under the “UFC” TM are certified by the Kharkov Regional Research Centre of Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
