Condition of shop opening the network "Don Mare":
- total area of premises from 200 sq. m. (sales area from 120 sq. m.);
- Conformity of the premises to the "Don Maré" chain standards;
- Investments from 800, 000 UAH;
- Desire to have successful profitable reliable business for long years;
- Acceptance of franchise concept of Don Maré chain;
- Common views on the form and ways of business policy of the "Don Maré" chain.
Purchase conditions:
- License purchasing (lump-sum): 50, 000 UAH (one-time payment)
- Advertising payments: 2 % of the gross total turnover of the shop (monthly)

General requirements to the "Don Maré" chain premises:
Premises in a separate building on the ground floor or inside shopping centre corresponding to the requirements of construction norms and specifications requirements (SNiP), and sanitary rules for food store, with possibility of re-equipment and installation of refrigerating equipment and chambers. The premises should be associated with: movement of the consumer stream, convenient traffic system and residential community.
